About this qualification
This qualification is designed for learners who are working or would like to work in graphic design and want to increase their own knowledge, skills and understanding of the subject, or may want to seek an opportunity for relevant employment.
Who is it suitable for?
This qualification is designed for learners wishing to develop sector awareness. It will provide them with skills and knowledge related to graphic design practices with a view to seek employment or further study.
What are the entry requirements?
Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be aged 16 or above to undertake this qualification.
There are no specific prior skills/knowledge a learner must have for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they have already achieved a level 2 qualification.
How is it assessed?
This qualification is internally assessed and externally quality assured.
Do you need to be working to take this qualification?
Learners do not need to be in employment to complete this qualification.
